• Traditional Chinese and Simplified Chinese share many characters that are written exactly the same.
• Simplified Chinese is a simplification of traditional Chinese (not every Chinese characters had been simplified).
• No matter it's Traditional Chinese or Simplified Chinese, the pronunciation is the same (Zhuyin and Pinyin are based on the same Mandarin pronunciations).
• In Traditional Chinese, each word has its own separate character. In Simplified Chinese, one single character sometimes could represent a few different words.
(For example)
[Traditional Chinese] 麵: noodle(s); 面: surface
[Simplified Chinese] 面: noodle(s), surface
